Wafer Chocolate: The way I like it!

What is Wafer:

Rye wafers made of whipped batters are modern versions of an ancient Scandinavian food. High-moisture dough or batter, containing a substantial amount of rye flour and some wheat flour, is whipped, extruded onto an oven belt, scored and docked, then baked slowly until almost dry. Alternatively, the strips of dough may be cut after they are baked.  --- (Britannica)

Wafer & Chocolate Combo: It is very hard to say, that who first used wafer in combo with chocolate, but as we know it, it has become a major part of our modern day confectionery market. Some of the most popular brands are :

Notice something similar here?

I would have love to have my wafer chocolate another way, where they are not so intertwined together.
This current situation, where almost all chocolates are combining them the same way, is similar to this in my head: Click Here

I would rather like more alternates to this situation. Something like this:

More reasons for my preference:

1. Taste Diversity:  Suppose, you want to eat the wafer chocolate with ice-cream, you can only have 3 different tastes if its like the way things are right now i.e, (a) The Taste of the wafer-chocolate alone (b) Taste of the ice-cream alone and (c) both of them together.

But my design above allows more combinations:
a. Chocolate only
b. Ice cream only
c. Wafer only
d. Chocolate and Wafer
e. Chocolate and Ice Cream
f. Ice-Cream and Wafer
g. All 3 together

2. Increase in quality and Taste: Since currently, the chocolate has to be poured between or over the wafer,  it has to be of a certain consistency. But when both are apart, it will help increase the no of tastes, like nuts would be easier to add, as they are not currently. Also, since wafer would have to standalone as a product as well, it would push the manufacturers to produce a better quality of it.

3. Easier to Share: Traditionally the biggest consumers of chocolate are kids, and you know how they are choosy sometimes, one wants the wafer, one doesn't? No problem, just buy this type of chocolate and share away.

I hope, a chocolate such as this would be available soon, currently, I have to make do :/

Fine
